17,077 Krisflyer miles for $9.95

Wow! I just got an email saying my miles posted. I got to my account sure enough 17,077 approved miles.
They finally replied to my inquiry last week asking for my receipt so i gave it to them.
Anyone else get lucky?

Ahh. I am still waiting for additional follow up after submitting my statement. Will post with an update when i receive it.

Yes.
I told them I need a confirmation/invoice number for proof of purchase.

For me the gave me a 19 digit number and for my wife they gave a 12 digit number.

Not sure what the difference was but I sent them in and I am now waiting for a response.

Just called in they gave me a 12 digit reference number from when I applied, sent it in to Krisflyer lets hope for the best results.

WhenI log in to my Kris flyer spree account, the miles are posted as "17077 Approved KF Miles", not even pending, but when I log into Krisflyer.com or singapore.com to bbok a ticket etc. my balance is 0

I got this message too, I never ended up sending in my confirmation, and after a few days later they credited the miles.

I got the same email as well, I replied to them that I want them to check the account and not me. I am waiting for an answer.

I got a reply that because my account Was cancelled (after 2 months of payment) I cant get anything

Just got this response...

" We have investigated your missing miles request with LifeLock and they have reported that your order was cancelled. We are advised by Lifelock that no miles will be offered for all kind of cancelled orders, therefore we are unable to reward the miles to you in this instance."

Didnt everyone here cancel at some point before getting the miles? I payed 2 months worth of lifelock and then canceled... any ideas??

This is what I sent them (after they requested a copy of my statement showing the charge), and low and behold this morning the miles was there..

Hello, Unfortunately, I cannot send my  statement. I already sent everything asked for. Confirmation from Lifelock and picture showing the charge.

I purchased this service and the miles was supposed to be posted within 30 days. I have already cancelled the subscription as it didnt say I needed to keep it for any specific time.

I am requesting the miles owed to me right now or I will have to escalate this.

I don't know what I meant by escalate but felt that was ok to write lol
