Got an approval email from them over Chag.Now the question is how long from when they were approved will they show up in my Krisflyer account
I escalate my claim and after 2 days my claim was approved
I signed up for the service as something i would utilize and only do so because of the offer from KrisSpree. The points were supposed to be awarded within a month, which was to justify the service i had purchased. When the points did not show up after two months, i had cancelled the service so i could determine what had happened to the points i was supposed to have received on my account, as well as my wife's account. I would appreciate it if you can please award the points that were to have been awarded from the initial signup. If there is nothing you can personally do, please let me know who i may be able to reach out to at KrisSpree to escalate this issue.Thank you again for all your time.
After much back and forth, I finally got the 17,077 pts for myself and my DW. They really tried everything to avoid giving us the points, but i persisted and they gave in.

Same here. You have to start with the contact form on the Krisflyer mall page.After I gave them all of the proof they asked for, they tried to take the position that I (wasn't eligble because I) "cancelled" my order since I didn't renew for a 2nd month.
