No, but I had to repeat the same process in different browsers and even in same browser until I finally got message saying that I'll be sent to different site (Lifelock). When I saw the heart pop up next to lifelock saying add to favorites, that's when if finally let me in.

I had the same issue. Then logged in on the Krisflyer homepage, clicked through to shopping spree, then Lifelock, and it worked
