Cannot be transferred out, but you can transfer UR to them to get enough for a flight.
Figure they need to be worth at least 1cpp.

The real value of them is too book premium SQ cabins, AKA, their suites/first class or even business on popular routes. They release an extended amount of seats on certain flights that can only be booked using their miles.

So instead of transferring (from UR or MR) over the full amount that you need to book, you now would already have 17k towards your next premium flight with them.

Professional scammers they are. Why would they keep their 17k mile promise? I know it's Singapore, but ultimately it's LifeLock offering a sales incentive.
