def didnt need to be swiped cus i spent 25 over the phone at another store and they didnt have my card and i did it over the phone and i got credit back... so cant be that.

recently bought at local bookstore. he swiped the card but i think he's listed as an 'online' terminal. worth calling?

i tried calling, they said they can't even look at whether it's eligible before the posting timeframe is up; 2 billing cycles(!)
would a different CSR help? or am i out $75?
