I called amex and they said I have to take it up with Citi. call the number on the back of your card.... the terms clearly state that it is any amex and I got the email confirmation. oh well atleast we get to keep the pizza.

That's why I didn't bother calling citi. I think amex should be resposible anyway not citi as u said its an amex promo.

the point of the promo is to get stores to accept amex. stores dont care if u have a *wood amex or citi amex if they dont take amex they wont take citi amex. thats why amex is saying any amex card. I would really not be suprised if the credit came through in a few weeks - it says in the tc's up too 2 months

Just spoke to citi-amex and the rep. couldn't add more than eleven additional cards, yet the website says there is no limit on it(guess i will try another rep)btw they do not require birthdays like amex, also rush has a fifteen dollar charge and no more than 2 cards per envelope...it might just be worth it.
