Swiped the fourth card on 12/30, credit posted on 01/01. All in all I purchased $100 in free groceries

And i spent 100$ on restaurant gift cards and havent seen any credits yet... and one is over a month ago.. they said i should be getting the credit, they dont see what happnd. my luck.

Call them up and tell them that it is not a Franchise (if it isn't) and its after 5 Business days, I did that and they adjusted my acct.

ya i called them from one card about 1.5 weeks ago and still i didnt recieve a credit.. and my other cards i just called them today they said their settin up an investigation. i will be getting those credits.. just wonderin what happnd.

all amex cards..
25$ on each card..
under my name and my husbands name..
didnt receive any credits on either cards...

i dont think you can purchase over their website...
and i was told by amex i should have received credit... i did it over the phone- how would they know if i did it in person or over the phone?

if the card was swiped or not. the same way the cc processers determines the fees

def didnt need to be swiped cus i spent 25 over the phone at another store and they didnt have my card and i did it over the phone and i got credit back... so cant be that.
