No clue what's true or not but she and her lawyer have guts.
She's trying to criminally indict his whole family/business under the RICO law, which was set up for Mafia families.
Just by belonging to the "criminal family" without ever having done anything you can be guilty.
Btw she was lead actress in BY play so that video means nothing to me.

Its a civil case, not criminal. She wants a couple of mil from a sympathetic jury. If it comes to one IMHO she will get $$$.

Another thing not mentioned or discusses anywhere:

Reading the Rico complaint, there is lots of details about his "illegal activities", in theory if it is proven to be true and this is a federal rico case he can go to jail from this.

On the PR firms website that was setup for the wife, (http://www.redeemrivky.com/) there is not one document posted from a beis din allowing her to Masser on Jew. These are very serious allegations.

Messirah is very serious and is not justified even if he does not want to give a get. Go to court and fight for Kids or what not, but to stoop to a full blown messirah, smell of extortion ("Give me what I want (money, kids) or I am going public with everything..." )
