Is there a beach or a public pool in NYC that is for men only where I could take my boys. ..

Public, I assume u mean free. I don't know of free but for a couple of bucks you can go to yelled vyalda or the y in Boro park

Darchei in FR used to have outdoor pools, but that was before they built their new building. I'm not sure if they still have them.
