Fyi local street speed limit decreasing in all NYC boroughs to 25 mph

I know someone who got pulled over with one of these, the cop told him to take it off. He said no just give me the ticket, it's worth it.... The cop couldn't force him.
A definite benefit with these

why say to give me the ticket. just say ok I will and if he doesn't follow up then no ticket?

How many tickets can one cop give... If it's allowed I would have followed the someone you know and every two blocks pull him over and give another ticket

Not if the cop is wearing a cam, but if someone saw that they prob wouldn't say such silly things anyways.

I don't understand. I get pulled over, cop says fix it, I say ok I will. Then get back in my car and two blocks later he pulls me over? does he expect me to have a screwdriver in the car?
