I'm saving up ultimate rewards/Amex points to take my daughter to Israel from NYC for her bat mitzvah next June in business class. It will just be the two of us. I would also like to consider adding on the one way trip to Hawaii for winter vacation 2016 as a stopover if possible. I'm still unsure as to which airline i will ultimately use for the trip.
My questions, is it better to book the trip now without the Hawaii stopover so i can get the availability? Or should i wait till January 2015 to book? Will there still be availability?
