My reasoning is actually flawed, so ignore that one. But here's what I think is a better answer:
You need to put an 8 in row 9, column 5 (and then a whole bunch of other stuff will fall into place). Here's why:
In row 7, the 1 can either go in column 4 or column 8. If you put it in column 4, the only other place in that "box" for an 8 is row 9, column 5. Alternatively, if you put the 1 in column 8, you are forced to put a 6 in row 9, column 8, which then makes you put an 8 in row 9 column 5 anyways. So either way, you need put an 8 in that spot. This then makes it clear that a 3 goes in the next square and the rest will fall into place. Let us know after you check if this worked.
