SPG to USAirways bonus transfer

Now you can pick between USAirways and AA. It might be a little more lucrative of a transfer to go to USAirways.

By immediate, you mean before they roll both FF programs into one anyway, right?

Or to book JFK-LAX/SFO/YVR F by the end of the month.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

What am I missing Dan? Why would I want to fly such a circuitous rout to Vancouver? And why must it be done by the end of the month?
Oh, never mind you said "/" not "-" I got it it. Forget my first question, but the 2nd question remains.

Lol. It's JFK-LAX or SFO or YVR. LAX and SFO on AA new A321 F. YVR on CX F.
Price increases 7/31.

If I book a ticket to Australia by the end of the month for the far future in Business class and then decide to change it after January 1st. Is there any policy yet in line for the options they will offer me?

In the DD PostDan writes in number 4. "American allows free date changes on award tickets. USAirways charges $150 for that." Does that mean with AA you can keep on pushing it off for years? is there a maximum you can push it off to? Also within 24hrs you can always cancel a reward ticket? correct?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Thanks.
Is there a consesus if the AA or USAirways transfer from Starwood is better? I know Dan wrote the pros and cons, but not sure what to do bottom line?
