Why don't you focus on the positive? Like the amount of Torah coming out of Eretz Yisroel? The amount of dedication to Hashem in eretz yisrael far surpasses what goes on on america. And the amount of Israeli baalei teshuvah are enormous.

See first rashi in chumash, E"Y is very different than other lands. It is only ours when we keep the torah. Without the torahs protection, e'y is a dangerous place for a jew. Not to mention that it is not even ours....
