SK gives 25% and NH gives 30%. I'd prob be best off with topping off my M&M account.

$80.2 (including taxes & fees)

From what I've found online,

DL gives 5 miles per $ (of fare and taxes, not fees), but even at max it's only 400 miles.
AS gives 25% of miles flown, but with a 500 mile minimum.

Is this accurate? And assuming the AS minimum is per direction, I should get 1,000 miles for this, right?
