Fare Class booked in: A for OW, C for OW

According to the like in the wiki, Miles & More would give me 300%- but I'm not sure if that's only for Miles & More airlines (LH,LX,OS, etc.)?

Link is correct. You'd earn 300% for A and 200% for C.

You might want to check if you're targeted for this offer.

My brother is booked on KLM from TLV to NYC rt where should I credit the miles to?
The TLV to AMS he booked on L
And the AMS to NYC he is booked on V

The L leg looks like you wont get more then 50% for. Prob best choices: DL or AS.

The V leg won't get you more then 25% with DL or AS like most other options. Only options offering more then that for V are CI and CZ.

Im booking a paid united flight and dont need united miles since I dont have any UR cards I only have MR for now for transferring. What is the best airline to credit the rewards to?

Wiki has a link to a website where you can check for yourself. Depends on Fare class but in general seems like AC is a good option.

Looks like only TK awards miles for W class and also only at 25%
