With ELAL you don't have that many options.

It's Matmid (and possibly South African and Qantas - I know they can redeem on ELAL, not sure about earning).

Open a M&M account, hit the option "Mileage request" and follow the prompts.

Based on this seems like AC will give you 150% flown, and while TAP might give you 200%, what else are you going to accumulate and use there?
