I arrived at the hyatt regency century city in Los Angeles last Monday evening. While there, I visited the regency club open to diamond members. The manager told me they are happy to order kosher breakfasts (for diamond members) if they have at least 36 hours notice. The breakfast I got was delicious and included butter and good bread, omelets with peppers and mushrooms as well as potatoes with spices. The restaurant they used was La Gondola on Wilshire avenue. They also had a good array of yogurt as well as starbucks kosher hot chocolate packets and various kosher drinks.
