AZ's A330 are lie flat, Delta to Europe is also lay flat (dont they fly the 767 there?)

I'm flying red-eye on Swiss Air JFK-TLV via ZRH and the flight is full and I have a 'Y' middle seat. They want $500 to upgrade to business and I don't have miles with them, though I have plenty in the transferable currencies. Any advice?

Only layflats (at times) to Europe from TLV are:

TK - IST
BA - LHR
LY - LHR
LX - ZRH
