I'm actually entertaining the idea of flying to a place like Dubai etc. and stay for only a day, just to fly f.
Now that's a solid idea :)

UA ran a 767 EWR-ORD, 3 class config, you were able to book for 17,500 LH miles
-1, not in F.

Many people would take issue with calling UA F a "real first class."  :D

I totally agree.  Doesn't even come close to business class on most international flights.  Business class on flights within Europe is far worse though with just regular coach seats and the middle seat blocked.

nothing to be J about... its a reg eco seat
I get that, but United was actually only showing J saver availability for 45k ( no economy options ) while Seatguru showed the plane only having economy.

I've seen that before on SAS. They call the front of the plane J. Seats are same but you get a meal. This was on a Saab Turboprop.
I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

Good to know. I don't want to spend the extra miles for that.

I've never flown LO, although SN is a personal preference over OS.

Ive heard the seat on LO is amazing. Very soft & comfortable. Never tried it. They dont release many seats it seems.

Availability used to be amazing. Not sure how it's these days since it is bookable on UA.com....
