Gotcha, thanks.
So it seems they don't fly the 77w intro usa.

The 77W currently only flies LAX/JFK to LHR and DFW/JFK to GRU.

Is there any chauffeur service with Swiss F in ZRH?
Nothing direct to the plane.

They take you to terminal E (in a BMW 7 if I may add) if you are departing from there.

Called UA and they said that If I have a flight today in coach booked with miles and there are open seats in bus the only way to get on upgrade list is at the airport? Any other workarounds? (No status, just United MPE card)

Not positive, but I'd doubt it.
ETA: Seatguru seems to confirm my thoughts.

It doesn't appear than any AA 757s have lie flat. They all seem to be angel flat at best.

I think it's a YMMV. I flew this route and had a Kosher meal reserved and when I got on the plane they said that they never have Kosher meals on those flights and that the rep on the phone must have made a mistake.

Next time tell that FA to apologize for not having the KSML for you, rather than making things up. (Like they do all the time)
