The guy probably never flew in a premium cabin, the first time i flew J was TLV-ZRH and i was blown away.

Yet to fly premium as well. But from all the TRs, the feeedback, the DOs, my expectations are already much too high  ::) - Only Australian,Asian or Middle Eastern carriers will make the cut.  :P

Was just going to ask if that isnt gone at this point. Nice to have an entire F cabin to yourself.

LH F also Ex-Fra I assume. My BIL just went MIA-FRA on LH F and said it wasnt that amazing. Shocked me a bit until I read everyones rankings here as well. Seems that aside for FCT, LH F doesnt rank as high for "F flights" then many others.

Hoping for some EY and CX in the near future.

What are you waiting for??  ;)

Time. Where is the time!? Kids+being employed does not make this hobby an easy one. Should have gotten into it before the kids. Well, I wont complain :)

Even with many kids around BL"AH, my wife & I managed to go on multiple 'premium cabin' trips, see one example here. (More TR to come I"YH)

I don't think the point was that it's impossible, it's just harder.

+100

Also, with family comes family time for the Chagim. That cuts out a mega chunk of my leftover vacation time. Itll happen sooner or later, I have faith.

AA 77W F or BA 744.

Machlokes
AA has no availability on the date I need and BA's YQ is about $430.
DL has availability on their 767-400, how does that compare to AA, and BA ?
Is it worth it to wait on AA, to see if they open up ?

I bet not. I just flew BA F today on 744. I never did AA F but reg the hard product I don't see how AA could be so much better, all the window - mini suites in BA F are really cozy, the seat is very comfortable as is it in bed position. (not the best bad but can't complain) Now reg the soft product it's a no-brainer to go with BA, the cabin crew I had today ranks #2 after SQ. Way better than LH. They were banding down on their knees for every service request and unlike LH they did it with an extremely friendly smile, mot the fake smiles a lot of cabin crew try to give..

Agreed. My crew did not seem like they wanted to be there (on both legs).
