Are all AF 777's CDG-NYC fitted wih the new business lie-flat seats?

Seatguru seems to be wrong.

If it has the 1-2-1 configuration then it is the new.

Do a dummy booking on you desired flight and it will allow you to choose seats before entering payment. If J is 1-2-1 it is new business class

If I have a choice between LH J EWR-TLV on a 747-8 but it will take 22 hours total to get there or swiss J on a 767-400 but only 13.5 hours total which one do I take?

LH J is nothing amazing to wait an extra 10 hours on.

Both F and J products are exactly the same on both aircrafts. (They retrofitted all their planes.) 747-8 is a better plane though.

F is the same across the board, as is J.

Swiss J would be real business class from Zurich as apposed to LH fake J.

Unless there's an equipment swap, which isn't rare on this route iirc.

Thoughts on the new Delta suites coming?

Thoughts? Two thoughts:

1) Qatar, specifically his eminence and grace, Akbar Al Baker, is rolling over in his own cesspool due to DL beating them to the punch on "J with doors."  He's often full of hot air, but unless QR Super Biz is "Etihad apartment/residence" level stuff, he'll have been defeated soundly.

2) Can you imagine how UA feels having just announced a complete redesign of their J, "Polaris," only to three-upped by DL not even a couple months later? Yikes.

Currently booked in CX J and flying with infant (she has her own seat). Is it worth it to upgrade to F if/when it opens up or will the layout make it too difficult and I'm better of staying in J?

definitely upgrade to f it is so much better just get the 2 seats on the right side of the plane and configuration is fine. But I wouldn't waste an f seat on an infant. The f seats are huge and there is 99 percent likely to be an empty f seat if you want to use it for the car seat. But I'm not sure if cx allows car seats

He would have to pay 10% on infant fee. so miles may be worth it

I already booked 3 seats in J. And I wouldn't want to pay 10% for lap child.

If it's a night flight, waste an f seat for an infant. They are all private though so you won't be able to see your daughter in the flight.

And I believe Cx doesn't let car seats in j but does in F. Though not sure how nice they are at using empty f seats. Keep in mind seat must be forward facing.

Also, see if you can book just an infant fare using like BA with the rest on something like AS.

Thanks. But get off your phone and get on the elephant.
