Did you read dans TRs about CX w an infant? They aren't the most infant friendly airline. When I was booked w my son in J they wouldn't let us use a car seat bichlal since it "wouldn't fit. " which is why I would have flown KE w a baby. Aside for your baby experience do you still think KE is better? Did you have a chance to try both beds?
Didn't read Dan's TR. And it's one thing to have some stupid policy that you follow, but it's an entirely new level of ridiculousness to tell a passenger to wake up a kid (who's in a deep sleep) and tell them that you need to pick up the seat in an upright position because of some turbulence. Oh, and then there's running over to me and straight up yelling at me for bringing the car seat on board. Like geez, you can say it nicely.
Aside from this b*tch of a FA, I would still say KE FAs were a lot nicer and friendlier (comparing J to J). As for beds, I'm assuming you're asking me to compare KE J to CX J. If so, it's not a fair comparison because KE J was on an A330 (short-ish haul flight) and CX was reverse herringbone, but CX bed was better.
ETA: Just to give an example of how infant-friendly KE was (this is in reference to my F flight with them), when I was boarding, my kid was sleeping in her stroller. They OFFERED that I can wheel the stroller on board so that DW can get settled in her seat and then quickly transfer my kid to DW so that she stays asleep. It took about 5-7 minutes for us to get settled in and the whole time they held up everyone else from boarding so that we didn't feel rushed because we were blocking the aisle. And the second we reached cruising altitude, they once again offered that we use the empty seat for our daughter to sleep/play (she was booked as lap infant).
