Business and First Class Products Master Thread

Hi,
First time posting on the forum for a long time DD reader. I am trying to decide on best Business Class option from JFK to LHR for 2 people. My options are BA, AA, DL or VS. Price is the same for each, so this comes down to the best experience. Bed is important since it will be a short trip. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm flying Air Canada LAX-YYZ-TLV on a ticket booked on Orbitz. Is it possible to upgrade to business class using miles? How much would it cost?

I just flew in J class on LX A330 (TLV-ZUR-JFK), and on LY 747 upper level (JFK-TLV), Beside the fact that on LY there is almost no privacy from your neighbor (which in my case it didnt bother me as I flew with a friend of mine), cuz the seat is right next to you, but the lie flat bed on it was way more comfortable then on LX, (on LX you lay almost on the floor and the seat is a wall for you, VS on LY that the bed is the same height as its in seating mode), the service was better.., You got on board kosher milk, wine... I really enjoyed it !!! Totally the opposite of the reports I got here saying that LX is way better then LY!!!
