Meh, I'd pick EY and EK over CX or JJ anyway day of the week. Focus on the former before investing time in the latter.

And all of that is before the EY A380 <3

And I found the bedding on QF to be (gasp) to be even better than CX.

No, but you need to make an apples to apples comparison.
2 adults+2 kids in JJ F is as ideal as it gets.

No way is EK preferable to that in that scenario.

In the abstract, the overall experience of both EK and EY are preferable to JJ. Just drop the kids off at the in-laws.

Ain't nobody arguing with that but that wasn't what JayWhy and I were referencing.
Without kids JJ is nice, but obviously isn't going to compare to the big guns.

With kids the JJ F was as perfect as can be. Even with all of its imperfections.
