No, I did the A380.
If you like SQ service but find the suite claustrophobic it sounds like you should have that on your radar.

Between OZ CX and KE, Which one did you find to be the best? Also, did you find a significant difference between CX 777 and 747?
I think i had the best service on OZ and KE, with OZ having a better seat. People have said the KE seat is like a bathtub, which it does kinda look like. Not to take away from KE, it was still a great seat, but the space in OZ, along with the huge TV and doors, puts it over KE for me. CX had incredibly wide seats and may have been the most comfortable i have been in. The service was very nice, but not like i experienced with OZ.

The 747 was nice and private sitting in the nose, but it has more seats than the 777. The 777 is almost like two separate F classes as there is a divider blocking off the two seats on the right side (facing the rear of the plane from when you enter). Flying on the other side of the divider was fine for me as there was only one row behind my wife and I. I would probably try and get the other side next time i fly so my kid doesn't wander into someones seat.

I have an upcoming OZ trip booked in F, which seat would you recommend?

Probably a window seat will be best.

I flew middle seats with the wife and worked out as we passed the child back and forth every so often.

I flew OZ on that route. Wasn't anything special and i do not think it is lie-flat. May be better to fly TG to their hub.

CZ F does not look bad at all. With just 4 seats in F it is something like TAM F used to be. And you can sometimes find all 4 sears available for award.

What seats to pick? This is to Hawaii. I'm currently in 3A/B. Hawaii Revealed says being on the left side gives better views, but I've heard that first row is better for the lie-flat since you're not limited by the indent for your feet. (First row would have to be on the right side.)

I thought you were on a non-lie-flat plane to Hawaii?

In any event, it doesn't really matter.

Darn, LH emailed me that DEN-OGG is now DEN-SFO-OGG. Still in J, but now leaving at 6:30AM  :-\ If there was a better routing, I'd complain for a free change.
OMG!
I (read: G-d) just got LH to call UA and get me 2 seats on UA15 EWR-HNL in J. HOLY COW!!!!!! Baruch Hashem!!! I still can't believe it.
;D

Ok thanks. Thought I read in a Dan TR that the first row was better.

Nice! It's a great flight.

Row one may be a bit better, but it's also closest to the galley, where there will be more light and noise.

Right, not sure how much that will bother us on a day flight. But okay I got your point.

Not tall. Are there really special views from the plane that being on the left side will matter?
