I booked it for the same reason that Im flying LY next week, I didn't have a choice. I was in Italy and needed to go to NYC, I booked it three hours prior and that's what was available, and it was definitely better then asking 2 people to get up

Nonetheless now that I experienced it I can complain about it in an unbiased way

Still, you chose to "pay extra" for Business.

You could have saved your miles to fly Y, or used cash to fly another carrier.

Something disingenuous about knowing what you'll receive and then complaining after you get the exact thing you bought.

That is all that was available and it was cheaper then any cash flight would of costed but that's missing the point.

I'm not sure why your getting all hung up about this, all I said is "I hated United". they didn't give me less then they actually offer, my problem is with what they actually offer. I just dislike their product relative to other business products.

Pretty simple point really.

You complained you had to jump over someone to use the bathroom, despite "paying extra" for business.

Yet, you knew that despite "paying extra" for business, such extra payment did not entitle you to direct aisle access.

So, you are essentially complaining about something to which you were not entitled, or for that matter, even possible.

Emaky, the reason ppl get hung up is because saying I hate UA Business Class just does not make any sense, period. If you would of had a specific story with a delay etc then its a different story, but UA J is what it is, its not CX J nobody will mind if you rate it UNDER CX etc bot to HATE it sounds a bit funny.

Absolutely not what happened. I did not say "United sucks", I simply said "I hate united" with an emphasis on the "I".
I was not upset that I paid extra and then got less than expected, I was stating that for me that was enough of a reason to HATE their business product. I also said that it was ONE If the reasons. If you don't understand then I can't help you further.

Btw, you would make a good wife, the way you have the ability to misconstrue something yourself then get hung up on it!
