F can't be booked using miles.
For J, there's much better availability through LH, but if there is availability through Star Alliance partners, book using AC for 45k and no YQ.

Normally they only open a day or 2 out (however the last 2 months there has been tons of availability, the rest of April is wide open still).

Just did the EK A380 and B777, and it definitely felt like the suites on the 777 are much more spacious and wider.
