What I remember from flying SK narrow-bodies is that while the middle seat isn't blocked like it is on BA/LH, they don't sell the middle seat in their so called J cabin

Is it safe to fly from tlv to nyc with a stop in jorden with royal jordanian business its a 5 hour stop over and do they have a nice launch  ?

I'd say their launch is similar to the launches of other 787s that fly the route. Quieter than the launches of A330s and 777s, and about on par with the A350s.

No. You need to qualify normally and even then it's not a sure bet. It is a security issue.

Most A330 have been retrofitted already.  All A340 have been retrofitted.  Hard to find flights longer than 3 hours in QR without lie flat J.
