Seems like Air India on the 787 has amazing availability for 1 seat per flight EWR-LHR Mondays (and other days) from 8/15 & on.. (didn't check until when but it goes on for a while).
Can book via 55k AC + $5.60
Great chance to book a "different" J class seat.

I was about to, but availability slipped away for my dates :/ would've been only 50k UA for JNB-ZRH-CAI in F, so I'm really bummed out

There is 5B it's just blocked.

6A is a throne seat and bulkhead, and for some odd reason it's not reserved for senator members.

Best/nicest options from NA to AKL and SYD that are actually bookable?  QF, NZ?  Travel dates are pretty far off if that helps.
