OS>TK>LH
Although the OS/TK is debatable given TK's larger footwell/ottoman.

I must say IB 332 is very impressive although not exactly new, it leaves very excited to try out the new A359

If flying solo, doesn’t OS have 1-2-1 config, as opposed to TK 2-2-2  config?

Correct on the A333.
TK 773 is 2-3-2.

You're confusing PE to J. OS has a beautiful PE cabin.

I flew OS J a few times already, (Many more times than I flew in J)..

Usually Y is 2-3-2, PE is 2-2-2 and J is 1-2-1.

The flight i'm referring to was Y 3-4-3, PE 2-4-2, and J either 2-2-2 or 2-3-2 I don't remember

There are no 2-2-2 on OS J. On the 777, they have both doubles and singles, but not ONLY doubles. You maybe saw the last row of J which is a double and assumed so.

As said in the previous post, all OS flights don't have 3-4-3 either, there prob is a way to check the exact aircraft to clarify it

Well the 763 is nothing more than the 773 which is:
1-2-1,2-2-2
