GVA isn't exactly a Hub the J lounge there is tiny, as apposed to FRA where it is quite larger.

The lounges aren't anything to write home about at all. GVA is far easier to transit than FRA, which is huge and can be a real pain.

The LH Biz lounge is very crowded and as basic as it gets.

Happen to love GVA airport, very simple, and clean. The LX J lounge there is very small and basic, although quite empty (when I was there in the AM). I wouldn't even rush to that lounge over the KLM lounge that's a PP member. While LH J lounge FRA is lackluster it does have solid showers which I'm a sucker for. Yet there were probably 3 open seats in the whole lounge when I arrived.
And of course
GVA is far easier to transit than FRA, which is huge and can be a real pain.

Agreed, I do prefer GVA as a smaller airport, but the FRA lounge has solid showers like @davidrotts63 mentioned which is a plus to me.

What are the different LH F products on their different aircraft and how would you grade them?
I'm looking to do the LH FCT experience and I want to get the most out of it.
Is the A340 an inferior product to the 747 or A380?

In order of pref:

A380 (simply because it's the greatest passenger jet ever created), unless you can get 1A/K on 747, then then A330/340.

Leaving "Best passenger jet ever created" out of the equation, I personally prefer the 748 cabin. (but again as you said, they are all essentially the same product)

The 748 F is by far the best. A380 and A340 are the same except for larger bathroom on the A380.
