How does a UA 767 compare to Lh a330/A350? How does UA 767 compare to 787 dreamliner? Is 787 much better?

UA a320 First  1a bulkhead. Is Seatguru accurate that there is extra legroom? Most first class bulkheads have less legroom.
Would appreciate any insight asap. Need to decide whether to accept an upgrade.

I was hoping JB mint would open on my date but nothing so far. Trying to secure lie flat seats on this route
