Has anyone flown on this and can give some feedback on the global first?

i apologize if this has been mentioned before but from my research in trying to book a CX F from NYC to JNB via HKG i noticed no bookable first class is it because they fly only 3 class planes (economy economy plus and business) or is it just not available?

Thanks,

I did, I really enjoyed it.

Friendly FAs, they welcomed me nicely, offferd to take my jacket for hanging, took care of my carry-ons, made my bed etc.
Can't really complain on the seat, was satisfactory comfortable.

Not sure why it's pouplar here to say UA has a bad F product.
Love me or hate me. I still love you.

Duh, no PJs.

In all seriousness, FAs on all US airlines are like a box of chocolates. Ya just never know what you're going to get.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm not that PJ-track-minded since I don't use them. They're never my size, so I feel like wearing a big garbage bag.

Maybe, but I can only share my experience and I really can't complain.

Thanks for the feedback - I will give a report once we get back!

I would have loved to fly on SQ, LH but so far there is nothing on Nov 11 out of Europe at all!

Never been on both, but I believe the consensus is that EY is better.

Why not, HKG is an awesome city to just get lost in.
