Did they change the way you get points if you pay with points? I thought it was, if you pay any amount (more than 0) you earn the full bonus. Trying to buy http://www.kmart.com/vivitar-12.1mp-full-hd-digital-camcorder-black/p-020W003359974002P and it won't give me bonus points if I use my SYWR points to pay

Still earning points even though you use points to buy is quite an important aspect of making this work.  Is that possible most of the time or only once in a while?

you only get points on what you pay for with cc or gift card, not with points. used to be different couple years ago

try to call them and change method of payment. then call again sywr 9or email) if bonus does not posts
