Miami chocolate also seems to be very overwhelmed with this but they

I used 10 cards at the chocolate store and they were extremely helpful, nice and patient.
On the other hand I gave 20 cards to torah treasures and they were not at all nice about it.
You can be sure who will be getting my business when actually paying

I SMd him a few days ago and they said they're overwhelmed and not accepting new CC's.

I actually faxed in a list of 15 cc today to torah treasures .... do you they will reach out to me and tell me if they plan on swiping them or not? want to know if I have to quickly go and switch them over to chocolate...

call and call again and confirm thy will do it on time it took them a week maybe less to swipe my 40 cards

I was just in both stores this week while vacationing in that area. Torah Treasures explained to me that they are not the same owner as the one in Lakewood. They make no money off Lakewood sales, but they are paying for the CC processing fees. He hired someone to sit in the back of his store all day and just punch in CC #s, but has stacks and stacks of faxes still to go through. Even with keeping 25%, after paying this employee + CC fees he is not making all that much - considering that he then makes no profit on the rest of the money, Lakewood Torah Treasures does. Schakolad, on the other hand, is actually profiting off all these sales. Also, his stack of papers looked a lot smaller - probably because people started calling him much later in the month. He did tell me one person sent in 400 CC #s. Which one of you was that And $6000 worth of chocolate is not good for your diet

Why can't they figure out some nice options for people to buy from them and turn a handsome profit?

2) $1.50 per card is only if you want to use it in Lakewood. If you use it in their store, then you get the full amount.
3) They were very helpful to me and were surprisingly quick at answering ALL my emails (I asked a lot of questions...)
4) They did actually email me saying they might not process my CCs since they were overwhelmed. I told them to get back to me by the 28th, that way I can go elsewhere if need be. They processed a day later.

Dunno why people are saying so many negative things about them.

If they're stubborn. Tell them you just got disconnected from a senior specialist. Or any similar story that allows to bypass them. I've done it and it works magic again.

I wasn't trying to be negative, I stated what I was told by them, figuring ppl here were still debating what to do. So as a PSA to not possibly lose this opportunity I repeated what I was told.
