I called them on Friday.  He emailed me a form to complete and I emailed it back.  Cards were all charged on Friday (26 of them!)

I emailed them last night.the amex emails started around  4:30 today
ETA: Darn one account wasnt registered. Oh well $15 for over $200 at TT. Not bad
