I often spend way too much time on hold... is there a list somewhere on the forum of the most efficient numbers to call to reach the right person in the airline or company?
Currently I'm trying to have my $300 Delta change fee waived but apparently it's not possible... any advice? It's probably worth noting that this ticket was booked through Priceline.
