PSA: Shell Mahwah is Stealing Points!!!

I just got off the phone with shell corporate, and s&s.

I had 40,000 points at s&s on Fri/sat as the promo ended. I filled up 3 cars on sat night and then again on Monday. Though today (Friday) I have 1167 points left. I spoke to s&s and they see in my account on sat, Monday, Tues, weds Thurs that not only was my account used, it was used FIVE TIMES EACH DAY!!! s&s won't give me back my points Bec they see it as I am standing at the pump and selling my points Bec its happening at the same station. So I called shell corporate and she didn't sound to surprised that his happened.   she said someone should get back to me and they will compensate me but they have no power to give me points back. I did ask her to write a letter to s&s stating they were stolen. Who h she noted and then I told her I will file a police report if no one gets back to me by Tues and she noted that too.

Just beware at that shell station in Mahwah nj on franklin turnpike.

I just filled 2 cars up at the same station last night, and had no issues whatsoever. The gas attendants know me already, and allow me to enter the code myself, and fill the car up. That's my one piece of advice for everyone: Just don't give your S&S number to anyone, and plug the number into the machine manually by yourself.

It's funny because one of the gas attendants who is from Kenya loves me. I have seen him many times this past month. When my Dad came with me, he started raving to him how nice I am etc....  BTW, total savings thus far, $418. Not bad. I also have over 21K to burn for another month.

Ya. Of course u don't have issues at the time of fill up. Check ur card. (But u manually do it...)

I went there a few times . the attended allowed me to put in my my card by myself and even pump myself. I barely squeezed in a $25 shell gift card. It almost spilled over.

Why would you use a Shell gift card? That restricts you to $25 per fill up. A waste of 2200 points, IMO.

I got the gift cards at the last home depot amex deal $15 off $75 purchase . so I got a $50 and a $25 card. I used the $50 in new York and I brought along someone else to take the extra 10 gallons I could not fit into my car. And the $25 cards I use when I go in new Jersey and I can't find someone else to come along . bottom line I pay %20 off plus cash price.

same thing happened to me!!
I filled up in that shell and then 2 days later I see that I have 16,000 points less than I should have. I called shell and they took all the info but never heard back from them. They said they saw in the account that it was used 8 times in 2 days (July 2&3).

I think you should call the cops. It's no different than stealing credit card points.
