I don't think that's smart. Many have reported that the charges must be a significant amount, maybe more than a dollar.

I haven't done them right after another, but I have on occasion swiped $0.01 just to demonstrate how it works and never had an issue...

weird cuz i have it and have used it and it did not charge me a cent i swiped it for 9k for the amex promotion and nada but the site does say it cost you a fee now i am confused
they dont hit u for the fee they hit ur cc NOT u
