More like a camp setting, there's a few buildings not just one, with some sports courts, jumbo outdoor "board games" and a pool between them. There's also a small (a couple of shelves) book and game library near check-in.

The pool is outdoors so it may not work... I think they have balls for the sports by the desk, but call to verify or bring your own. but yeah.

newday supermarket (13 minutes away) is right near a minyan factory and has decent breakfast options.
