Does anyone have or know of someone who has a basement that I could rent around Monsey from August 16 - 27th for myself, my wife and baby ?

I will use it as a base and from there spend some nights in Manhattan and anywhere else we decide to go to..

We went to Fireside last night. It was very crowded so we had to wait a few minutes even with a reservation but that’s probably because it was the first night after the 9 days. The service was very good though we did have to wait a while for the mains. The garlic croissants that they serve when you sit down were really good but the marinara sauce they serve with it tastes like it’s straight from the jar. We got the heirloom salad which was good but didn’t have blood oranges it was supposed to come with. We got the tumbleweed onion as was recommended on the forums. It was good but I think a little over hyped. The eggrolls were absolutely amazing. They come with duck confit and pastrami and I already want to go back for more of them. For the mains we got the henry which is pastrami, roast beef, brisket sandwich with garlic aioli served on French toast which was delicious and the hanger steak in maple bourbon glaze which was also really good. We got the fries as sides and those were great also. The serving sizes were huge. Some of the other dishes that looked really good but we didn’t get were the pastrami, the rib steak, shish kebab and the brisket nachos. The desserts also looked very good but we were too full to order any.

Place by 7-11 charged me $5 last month. Plus they test to see if the battery works for free. To change a band they charged me $10.
