Rt, Melt is great, but they may be closed due to the lockdown.

Otherwise Evergreen and Rockland Kosher (essential stores..) both have stands with nice chocolate arrangements.

Never dated only after marriage  8) ???
But I think Sheraton Mahwah or Courtyard in Montvale are popular dating spots with plenty of seating in the Lobby
For outdoors I would recommend https://goo.gl/maps/U3xkktT4ntVZf5qh7  this place is amazing for any couple who wants to go on a nice chilled walk or sit by the water at night, Im surprised that I never see any other frum people there.
Again, Never dated so don't know what's considered appropriate or not for first date.
