Peppercrust is nice meat steakhouse.

Do you know anything about the Kashrus of Manche Pani? Website says Rabbi Yisroel Twerski, Trisk Airmont. Never heard of it.

If the bus schedule doesn't work, check the NJ Transit train schedule from Penn Station and take a taxi from the Spring Valley stop. Otherwise it's either finding a ride, renting a car, or coming in the night before.
