Per Associated Press twitter.
It's an FAA regulation since an un-intercepted rocket hit Yahud, not far from Ben Gurion Airport. A DL flight that was supposed to land in Israel was diverted to Paris' CDG.
Another report of a US Airways flight that is currently grounded in Philadelphia. If you are using an American carrier to fly to Israel soon, check your flight.
UPDATE: American and United followed suit.

El Al won't cancel. They don't abide to the FAA and in addition they are the national carrier, they flew to Israel in worst situations.

Air Canada does not appear to be cancelling flights as of yet. They are allowing for a change of ticket for free with some conditions of course. I'm not the biggest fan of Air Canada in general, but I have to give them credit for still flying to Israel. Granted maybe this just shows the evident mood of two different governments, Canada, who stands 100% behind Israel, and the US whose president and Secretary of State aren't so much. Politics aside, there are still options for those who want to go to Israel. And with Air Canada being a Star Alliance member, it may be possible for people to change their tickets to fly through Toronto for those on United. Other alliances also have flight possibilities. But based on the info you'll now have to connect if you want to fly from US to Israel.

I'm not so sure about that. Right now they've restricted their availibility to Y class (full fare) only to keep people from booking while they decide on a plan of action.
