Using USAA In Europe

I had 2 Hertz reservations in Italy and Spain with USAA (for waiving the underage fee) and neither place accepted it. First complaint to Hertz took about 2 weeks for a response and it was "too bad".

Thanks, but my question is even before the underage fee, do they honor the the price I get with USAA? (that's much cheaper without USAA)

I don't see any reason they wouldn't accept the price on your reservation

That's what they told me, but I had the confirmation of my reservation with the USAA applied so I was hoping it would work.

I had issue in the US when a location manager wouldn't honor underage fee waiver with USAA spent an hour on the phone until got hertz to force him to process
