How did he waive it? He manually applied a $95 credit to the account?

he opened the account and provided me with written documentation that the first year would be free, he also called chase customer service with me and confirmed it with them, he used screenshots of chase's site that show that the fee is waived first year, I guess they didn't get around to updating the entire website...

Jerry Seinfled also had a book called Letters from an Idiot. It had me in tears, literally.
Of course, it's all a rip-off from the father of the genre, Laszlo Toth.

Letters from a Nut by Ted L Nancy
http://www.amazon.com/Letters-Nut-Ted-L-Nancy/dp/0380973545/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1406256159&sr=8-1&keywords=letters+from+a+nut

Hilarious.
I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

I just received my two Ink cards Plus/Bold. Should I request a match through SM even before I spend to hit the bonus or do it after the 50K bonuses post? Or does it really matter on my timing?
I am not 100% sure about this. But I am going to click it anyway.

Better to do it sooner rather than later in case they pull the offer.

Thank you for contacting Chase inquiring about matching
the 70,000 new account enrollment bonus on your Chase Ink
Bold business credit card account.

We are sorry to inform you that with the continual changes
and promotional offers for many credit card products we at
Chase will always consider allowing the newest promotion
to be applied to any qualified accounts that were opened
within the previous 90 days of the offer.

In reviewing the open date on the account, I regret to
advise that the account is not qualified to participate in
the new enrollment promotion and therefore we are unable
to honor your request.

Although we appreciate your loyalty, we ask that you trust
that this decision is the same for all members whose
accounts do not fall within this designated time frame. We
feel that adhering to the same policy for all members
outside of this designated time frame is the best way to
remain fair and consistent.

We apologize for all the inconvenience you may have to
experience due to this. If you have any further questions,
please reply using the Secure Message Center.

Thank you,

Isn't that an oxymoron? "will" and "now"?

Not at all:
CM will need the Tylenol to be effective soon. Therefore, he should take it now.

Still no response 24 hours later. Guess I'll try again.

Are you guys using rewards inquiry for the category when choosing who to send the SM to?

I've never had a business card before so I don't have a business account with Chase. I got approved yesterday for the Ink Plus however, I need the card number to create the business account and login. I assume I have to wait to send the SM until I receive the card and setup the account. Do you think I'd have luck sending the SM from my personal account login?

Just wait for the card. You'll be fine.
