I paid my account using 3 to 7k in cash payments and paid my cc from bank accounts that I do not own.

Yes, and they would not reinstate as they still said it was a duplicate. I didn't want to HUCA or push as I was focused on getting the other approved first. So is it too late?

Turns out the 70k offer didn't get the first year fee waived... I SM and called but hey wont waive it... Any suggestions?

that is correct 70k offer AF not waived but WELL worth it...suggestion: enjoy your 70k!

How long after spending the 5k are the bonus points supposed to post?I already spent the 5k and the points had not yet posted on the following statement?

Sorry I might have misread did the statement after the spent close? If yes then it should be there.

Unless the spend was completed within a few days of statement close. Then it will be on next statement.

But you can check in UR under "earnings (or points) on next statement" to see if they're there.

Can anyone report that they didn't receive the bonus even if they finished spending on the cards a few days before statement closed besides for chase branded cards?

Doesn't happen too often. Ocassionaly it'll go up to 60k.

the points for the actual purchase have posted but not the bonus points,

I just had luck by calling up the chase rep and telling her that my local bank offered me 70 k instead of the normal 50 so they raised it to 60k with no annual fee
