Correct, just log in to your Chase account and on the upper right you'll find the Secure message option.

On your Chase online account (Chase.com). If you can't access your account, you can try twitter.

Try again as everyone in this thread is having success. If another SM doesn't work, go to twitter, and use hashtags to your advantage. Example #ChaseUnfriendly

YOu shouldn't need to come to that. Try again, I bet it will work, and you will get the 10K you so desire.

Patience is a virtue. Can take between 24-48 hours. Also, they are probably getting rocked with SM's for matching.
